1. About Us

Cha-Cha Bakes is a home-based bakery operating out of Sarjapur, Bangalore, offering made-to-order cakes, cookies, pastries, and specialty bakes.

2. Products & Pricing

• Every item is freshly baked to order — nothing is made in advance or sold off a shelf.
• Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, recipes, and available flavours may change without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Product photos are representative — minor variation in decoration is normal for a handmade product.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are placed and paid for online through our website, via our payment partner Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking).
• We do not currently accept cash on delivery.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
• Weekend Baking Program orders follow a fixed window (menu released Sunday, orders close Wednesday, delivery Saturday) — see the Weekend Menu page for the current schedule.
• We may limit the number of orders accepted for a given delivery day to protect quality and delivery timelines.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
• After that point, we begin sourcing ingredients and preparation for your order, so cancellations are no longer possible and the order is non-refundable.
• If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos — we'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines, areas, and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or events outside our control (severe weather, traffic disruptions, etc.).

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

We offer eggless and vegetarian options, clearly marked on each product. However, all products are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of trace allergens. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering — we're happy to advise, but the final decision to order is yours.

7. Account & Conduct

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false reviews or orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect losses (e.g. a missed event) arising from a delayed or unavailable delivery.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
