Delivery Areas

We deliver across Bangalore from our Sarjapur kitchen, with delivery capacity limited each day to keep every order fresh and on time. Rather than guess whether your address is reachable, confirm with us directly before you order:

Free self-pickup is also available from our Sarjapur location (562125) by prior arrangement.

Delivery Timelines

• Regular menu orders: made-to-order items typically take 2–3 days to prepare and deliver from the time your order is confirmed.
• Weekend Baking Program: the weekend menu is released every Sunday at 6 PM, orders close Wednesday night, and everything is delivered the following Saturday around 4 PM.
• Delivery slots are limited each day to keep quality high — during checkout you'll only see dates and times we can actually deliver.

Delivery Fees

• Standard delivery: ₹50.00 per order.
• Free delivery on all orders above ₹3,000.00.
• Gift hampers: ₹100.00 delivery fee (hampers require extra careful handling).
• Minimum order value: ₹500.00.

Delivery Day Changes & Issues

If you need to change your delivery date or address, contact us as early as possible — see our Terms of Service for our cancellation window. If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available at the address provided, we'll reach out by phone/WhatsApp to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery fee.
